Qualifications

• Administering, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and infrastructure.
• Managing GPOs, host-based firewalls, and endpoint compliance tools.
• HBSS/ESS or similar host-security platforms.
• System patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation to maintain health and compliance.
• Supporting standalone and boundary-specific workstations/devices with proper configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain Windows systems and related infrastructure.
• Manage Group Policy Objects, host firewalls, and compliance tooling.
• Apply patches, updates, and remediation to maintain system health and security.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with engineering and development staff on projects to deploy or upgrade infrastructure.
• Ensure operational readiness of systems across the local boundary.
