What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Consult with internal stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements and align them with technical capabilities
• Manage project scope and drive assignments through completion, including prioritization, impact analysis, and proactive communication
• Collaborate with Information Management and stakeholders to ensure projects transition effectively into production
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and analytics to support business needs
• Act as a liaison between reporting, analytics, and other internal business partners regarding report development and business process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; High School diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of SAS development (v9 or greater), SAS Enterprise Guide, and/or SQL experience with large data sets
• 5 years of experience managing multiple projects, including requirements development and implementation
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in PBM or healthcare
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Engineering
• 5 years of advanced utility development skills using analytical tools like SQL, .Net, advanced MS Access, MS Excel, OBIEE, Microstrategy, SPSS, SSIS, SSAS, etc.
• 5 years of experience with enterprise-level data warehouses and/or business analysis
