Torch Technologies, a leading defense contractor, is seeking a Systems Analyst Senior to join the ERP Common Services team at Maxwell AFB, AL. The role focuses on planning, designing, and implementing information systems to meet customer needs in a DoD context.

Candidates must hold US citizenship, an advanced degree with substantial DoD experience, and an active Secret clearance. Onsite work at Maxwell, 8–5 schedule, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience, five of which must be in the DoW.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience, five of which must be in the DoW.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoW.
• Must hold Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical processes to the planning, design and implementation of information systems to meet business requirements.
• Conduct business process re-engineering and feasibility studies; develop cost estimates for new/modified systems.
• Consult with customers to identify and recommend requirements and proper system specifications.
• Ensure integration of all systems components (procedures, databases, policies, software/hardware).

ERP Common Services is responsible for establishing, integrating, and ERP applications. ERP CS supports the deployment of the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS-ACAT I), Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS- ACAT I) and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Initiative (MROi-BCAT II).
