Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into well-defined system solutions at the intersection of business, technology and operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Experience performing systems or business analysis in a technology delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience with data analysis, system interfaces, and process modeling.

  • Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to support solution design and delivery.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements and propose practical solutions.

  • Assist with implementation planning, user acceptance testing, and production readiness.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and support for system enhancements, defects, and change requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including requirements, process flows, and system artifacts.
  • Serve as a liaison across business, technology, and operations to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who will partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into well-defined system solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, supporting the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of systems and applications.

  • Experience with data analysis, system interfaces, and process modeling
Additional requirements

Comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting large-scale or multi-team initiatives is a plus.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $118,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
