Overview

The Systems Analyst II, Epic Business Applications leads the build, rollout, and support of the assigned application(s). Responsible for all aspects of application support including design, analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and training. Acts as second-level support by communicating with end users to understand issues and implement solutions. Assists management in optimizing application use to enhance department performance and decision-making. Serves as a liaison between IS, the customer department, and vendors.

Qualifications

• EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility Required; Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or Related Field Preferred; or Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with Equivalent Experience

Experience

• 3 Years Related Position Experience with 2 Years Direct Experience (Bachelor's Degree)
• or 5 Years Related Position with 4 Years Direct Experience (Associate's Degree)
• or 7 Years Related Position with 6 Years Direct Experience (High School Diploma)
