Job summary

Evio is hiring a Systems Analyst in Denver to translate contracting and operational needs into reliable systems, workflows, and data requirements. You’ll collaborate with medication contracting, operations, product, and data teams to define requirements, test changes, and ensure successful implementations.

The role emphasizes structured analysis, clear communication, and end-to-end delivery, including testing and user training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience translating operational processes into functional requirements and workflows.
• Experience developing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Ability to document defects and validate system releases.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with developers, data engineers, product managers, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate operational needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, data mappings, and system specifications.
• Document and streamline medication contracting processes and related workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
• Prioritize application enhancements based on value, impact, dependencies and effort.
• Define data requirements, validation rules, and source-to-target mappings.
• Use SQL and Excel to investigate data issues, validate behavior, and reconcile outputs.
• Plan and support testing, including test cases, data, UAT, regression, and release validation.
• Document defects and work with teams to resolve and retest.
• Create guides, data definitions, training materials, and release communications.
• Train users and support teams on new workflows and features.
• Ensure appropriate access controls, approval workflows, and auditability.
