Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking an IT professional to design enhancements and new business applications by integrating technical and business requirements. The role acts as a technical designer, translating business analyst needs and architect definitions into concrete technical solutions.

Responsibilities include defining specifications, working with Facets configuration, and leveraging SOA APIs and cloud technologies. Strong SQL/SSIS and Agile/Scrum experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent IT experience with several years in IT.
• Experience with Facets configuration and cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS technologies.
• Hands-on SQL, SSIS, VBScript, XML and web tech like ASP.NET/C#.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; healthcare domain knowledge preferred.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge of Facets application configuration
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages - BASH / .NET
• Hand on experience with SQL, Stored Procedure, VB Script, XML

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $61,500.00 - $136,100.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
