OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst to design, implement, and support healthcare applications within IT Imaging. The role emphasizes understanding healthcare workflows, system integration, and SLAs to ensure reliable operation of the IT portfolio.
The candidate will collaborate with architects, tech leads, and engineers, and will participate in process improvement for enterprise applications including Epic, Workday, Kronos, and related systems.

The Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and support of various healthcare applications, including (Epic, Workday, Kronos,) and other major systems. This position requires a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, system integration, and works comfortably executing in waterfall and agile project management methodologies to ensure the efficient operation of the healthcare system's IT infrastructure. Contributes to the vision of the application and safeguarding the integrity and security of the application environment in collaboration and partnership with architects, tech leads, Sr. Systems Analyst, and engineers. Collaborates with end users to identify, analyze, and support ongoing needs while achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) relative to the supported applications. Actively participates and may lead in process improvement activities related to Application Management for enterprise applications includes (Epic, Workday, Kronos) and other major applications.
