Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an experienced technical designer to translate business requirements into robust IT solutions. You will design enhancements and new business applications, linking analytics and architecture to practical technical specifications within the coding environment.

The role requires strong experience in SDLC methodologies, data analytics tools, cloud technologies, and SOA, with solid communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 2+ years IT experience or equivalent 6 years IT experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Experience with Big Data analytics tools (HAVeN/Hadoop/Vertica) and cloud SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
• Experience with integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).
• Mobile tech familiarity (PhoneGap, iOS, Android, Java, HTML5) and scripting (Bash/Perl/Python/Ruby).
• Knowledge of SOA (SOAP/REST) and web technologies (HTML/CSS/Java/.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#).
• Strong problem solving, conceptual, creative thinking and communication skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in CS/IT and ability to execute.
