Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. seeks a Systems Analyst to gather requirements from government staff, translate them into system designs, and lead testing and documentation across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role may include leadership of junior staff and collaboration with an in-house Analytics and AI lab for eDiscovery solutions. The responsibilities include defining specifications, data validation, reporting findings, and delivering training.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and MRPT eligibility required
• Experience with analytics/AI for legal data sets
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, RelOne, Everlaw)
• Knowledge of EDRM workflow
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Supervisory or team-leader experience helpful
• Willingness to work flexible or deadline-driven hours

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements from Government stakeholders and trial staff
• Design systems to meet requirements and translate into technical designs
• Define programming specs, data elements, validation specs, and data capture/conversion procedures
• Develop and test software using sample data for testing
• Present findings in formal reports and oral presentations
• Develop systems documentation and provide user/technical training
• Consult with Government and contractor staff to ensure understanding of objectives
• Provide technical direction and supervision to lower-level personnel; may be team lead
• Report progress to Government staff and superiors
• Collaborate on building an in-house Analytics and AI lab for legal data solutions
• Leverage on-premises and cloud environments as available
