Remote – United States

Scope/Description of Services

Provide the following services:

Perform Systems Analyst work in support of IT projects and production maintenance of TWC business systems. TWC uses PeopleSoft HRM v9.2, including modules such as HR, Base Benefits, Recruit, Training, and Payroll. The role involves conducting fit/gap sessions, identifying system modifications, and documenting change requests following TWC’s lifecycle process. Additional duties may include operational support.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must meet or exceed the following skills/experience:

  1. 8 years of experience implementing, upgrading, or maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems.
  2. 8 years of functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HRM version 9.2.
  3. 8 years of experience in implementing or upgrading the payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM.
  4. 8 years of experience conducting fit/gap sessions, documenting deliverables, change requests, and verifying code changes with technical teams.
  5. 4 years of proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
  6. 4 years of strong communication, analytical, interpersonal skills, and technical writing skills.

Preferred Experience:

  1. 2 years implementing, upgrading, or maintaining the PeopleSoft HR system (CAPPS) at the Texas Workforce Commission.
  2. 2 years implementing, upgrading, or maintaining the CAPPS system provided by CPA.
  3. Experience with Texas Workforce Commission systems.

Note: The start date is May 2025, with an end date of 08/31/2025. The contract may be extended up to four years.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a dedicated workspace with internet, reliable work schedule, and availability for weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams. The position may require in-office presence and unscheduled requests with 72 hours' notice.
