• Gather, review, and document user requirements, including input/output needs and report formats.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and required steps for developing or modifying computer programs.
• Evaluate computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested changes.
• Collaborate with various organizational units to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation or system improvement.
• Utilize a high level of logic, analytical ability, and independent judgment to accomplish goals.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply knowledge of IT industry trends, architectural concepts, and emerging technologies to support organizational needs.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and motivate others.
