Job Overview

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) seeks a Solutions Architect in the Human Services unit to design and implement enterprise systems for state and municipal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Design information system solutions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate software development lifecycle activities.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and produce artifacts related to project initiatives.
• Contribute to work plans and other deliverables.
• Partner with QA to develop User Acceptance Testing.
• Communicate business challenges to stakeholders and assist in developing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining procedures by applying IT best practices.
• Update and create training and learning‑management‑system documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
