Oxford is seeking an experienced software analyst to implement system requirements, analyze problems, and design and test standards and solutions. The role involves coordinating with clients, evaluating procedures, and delivering end-to-end software solutions.

Responsibilities include documenting specifications, training client personnel, and maintaining professional knowledge. The position offers hourly compensation and requires strong team collaboration and consulting skills.
