As a Systems Analyst, you will have a significant impact at Netrio (formerly Agio). Our clients will look to you as a subject matter expert when it comes to purchasing and setting up new equipment within their environment. You have the ability to create a positive experience for our clients and influence their impression of Netrio.
You will be using cutting edge technology in supporting various clients, as well as, evaluating all nodes in an environment and making recommendations, based on the client’s requirements. The Systems Analyst will be a level 1 and 2 support role. You will need to have a good understanding of WIN10 and WIN11, experience with a ticketing system, and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Management will look to you to be professional and courteous, as well as, possessing a drive for self-improvement.
Hours of work: 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
- Must be a self-starter, able to work through issues from start to finish with little assistance, and report back with root cause and recommendations.
- Hands on experience with server hardware and be comfortable with installing parts and racking/stacking systems when necessary.
- Hands on desktop experience (WIN10 and WIN11) and troubleshooting
- Understanding how to setup shared folders and map drives
- On-call is required as a part of this role. Analysts are expected to be available when necessary to take escalations from systems engineers and team leads.
- Willing to work as part of a team and collaborate with members from the network, systems and security teams and outside vendors as well.
- Experience with administering and maintaining Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Should be comfortable speaking to clients regarding their technology needs and making recommendations
- Ability to troubleshoot/resolve hardware and software issues, in a timely manner
- Ability to work from a ticketing system and provide quality updates to clients and internal teams
Skills & Qualifications- Ability to work onsite
- 5+ years of experience providing end-user support
- 5+ years hands on desktop support experience including but not limited to:
- Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting
- MS Windows 10 and 11 and Mac OS
- Mobile device management (i.e. iPhone, Android) using MS Intune
- M365 and O365 administration
- Strong understanding of MS Azure and MS Intune
- 4+ years hands on Server Administration experience including but not limited to:
- Active Directory account management
- Passion for delivering an outstanding client experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and friendly phone presence
- Professional in-person presence
- Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in an environment of rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment

The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually and is applicable for candidates who will be working in the following location[s] New York. This range is subject to adjustment for other geographic work locations. In addition to geographic location, Netrio considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria to determine starting salaries.
