Job summary

Blue Shield of California seeks a Senior Systems Analyst for the Pharmacy Care Management Platform. This role delivers critical IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy Operations and Transformation.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in technology products and participate in agile delivery. Reporting to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager, you will influence stakeholders, collaborate with development and operations teams, and help improve the product delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Requires at least 5 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience documenting agile workflows and processes.
• Experience utilizing the Atlassian suite of products
• Requires basic technical knowledge and experience including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices

Your Role

The Pharmacy Care Management Platform team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy Operations and Pharmacy Transformation.The Systems Analyst, Senior will report to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model.
