Base pay range

Are you a hands-on systems administrator with experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations? This is not your typical enterprise IT role. We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between automation systems and enterprise platforms across multiple facilities.

What You’ll Own

· Support and maintain automation infrastructure in multiple plants and distribution centers

· Ensure smooth integration between control systems and ERP/WMS platforms

· Troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA, MES, and other OT systems tied to production operations

· Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve uptime and efficiency

· Implement upgrades, track performance, and document procedures across environments

· Train users and drive best practices in plant-floor and warehouse system usage

· Stay ahead of OT trends, security, and emerging tech in automation and system controls

What You Bring

· Experience supporting automation and operational systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment

· Working knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, MES, DCS, and related automation technologies

· Familiarity with ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

· Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to juggle support across multiple sites

· Excellent communicator and collaborator across tech and operations teams

· Willingness to travel to plant and DC locations as needed

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who’s spent time in plants, understands real-world operational demands, and knows how to keep systems talking to each other.
