Job summary

The Boeing Company in Ridley Park, PA is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to join its Specialized Infrastructure Operations team, with sign-on bonus potential. You will install, operate, secure and maintain dedicated Program IT Infrastructure to support Air Dominance programs and integrate logistics, manufacturing, and engineering into a cohesive ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering Windows Server (2016 or later) and Windows desktop OS (Windows 10 or later).
• 3+ years of experience in hardware installation, modification and testing.
• 3+ years of experience implementing software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support a broad range of basic systems and application support activities
• Provide support for Windows Operating Systems (OS)
• Provide basic network support
• Support of VMware ESX environments
• Provide operations support for both servers and desktop systems
• Provide analysis of computing requirements
• Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware, software and components
• Ensure computing inventory tracking and shipping
• Document and implement computer applications
• Provide restoration of basic computing service operation
• Support activities to ensure security of information and systems
• Provide comprehensive computing support in closed environments
• Protect classified and proprietary information
• Support security audits as assigned
• Maintain knowledge of various government and corporate security plans
