Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Systems Administrator in Portsmouth, VA to design, implement, and maintain virtualization, Windows servers, storage, and cloud platforms. You will manage Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, and VDI, while ensuring security and reliable operations for enterprise infrastructure.

You will also handle identity services, PKI, Intune, Okta, and Microsoft 365 administration, with focus on incident response and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS / MIS or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience; hands-on VMware, AD, Windows servers, storage, and VDI.
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Okta identity integrations; PKI/Certificate Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced systems administration for enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, email, device, and application issues; ensure security best practices.
• Lead incident response, maintain documentation, and manage backups, AD, VMware, and M365 admin tasks.
