Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or technical training program with 4 years of related experience or HS diploma with 8 years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and system monitoring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and deliver reliable IT services.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers.
• Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and manage backups.
• Develop and follow standard operating procedures and runbooks.
• Triage production incidents and coordinate with development teams for patches.
• Maintain UiPath Orchestrator environments and bot deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and logs of resolved issues.
