Position Overview

We are seeking a Tier 2 Level 1 Systems Administrator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing server infrastructure, operating systems, and key software applications within a secure enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will handle escalated technical issues, perform patch management and system configurations, uphold strict security controls, and collaborate on cross-functional IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Maintenance

Monitor, manage, and maintain enterprise servers, operating systems, and core business applications.

Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes in compliance with change management policies.

Perform routine system health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

User Support & Troubleshooting

Provide advanced technical support for issues escalated from help desk/Tier 1 teams.
