Job summary

Solidus Resources, a Nevada-based gold development company, seeks a Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize IT systems supporting our operations near Lovelock. You will provide end-user support, manage servers and network services, and ensure security and compliance.

Responsibilities include ERP support (Pronto & Sage), hardware setup, documentation, and staff training. Some travel to the mine site is required; a bachelor's degree in CS/IT and 4+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT or related field.
• 4+ years of IT administration or support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, ERP (Pronto & Sage) and network inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely or on-site.
• Set up and configure computers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage servers, ensure stability, security, and performance.
• Administer LAN and maintain network connectivity.
• Implement security measures and participate in security awareness.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; train staff.
