Job summary

Novae LLC, a leading North American trailer manufacturer, seeks a Systems Administrator to support, troubleshoot, maintain, and secure its IT infrastructure. You will ensure reliable network, server, and workstation operations to keep data accessible for users across the organization.

Responsibilities include configuring devices, managing access, maintaining security protocols, and collaborating with the IT team to introduce better technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
• Two or more years of experience as a technician in the computer networking field, including data and server administration.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and configure workstations, peripherals, and software; manage user access.
• Maintain servers and storage; upgrade infrastructure components.
• Configure and manage network devices; implement changes.
• Research and apply security protocols; train users on security best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues; log resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with IT team to adopt new technologies and update resources.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
