Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the J-Tech II program.

The System Administrator II role focuses on configuring and maintaining MS Windows systems, ensuring security, and supporting critical national defense missions. The candidate will deploy workstation hardware, monitor performance, manage user accounts, and coordinate with network teams to maintain a reliable enterprise IT environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree in Computer/Information Technology, or equivalent training.
• Five (5) years related experience or combination of experience in computer system basics and related areas.
• Broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in computer science, graphics, and information systems.
• Experience in MS Windows server environments and CAD/CAM, databases, MS Office and Web-enabled applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MS Windows Server systems for security, access, configuration and backups.
• Monitor LAN performance and troubleshoot networking hardware to ensure proper operation.
• Organize and secure directory structures; assist staff in department use.
• Manage DM/CM/DM release procedures and maintain databases.
• Design functional, visually esthetic web pages and track equipment configurations.
