Required Skills & Experience

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT, including systems administration or infrastructure support.
• Demonstrated success maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting physical server hardware.
• Hands-on experience administering VMware virtualization environments.
• Experience monitoring backups, investigating failures, and supporting recovery activities.
• Familiarity with DHCP and troubleshooting infrastructure connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for administrative tasks and troubleshooting.
