The role involves working with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and Office 365 services. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This position offers a chance to grow within a supportive team and includes hands-on technical work along with client support responsibilities.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in systems administration or related technical role.
Solid understanding of Windows Server builds and management.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with server virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware).
Familiarity with cloud-based environments (Azure preferred).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
Build, configure, and manage Windows Server environments.
Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts.
Manage server virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware).
Support and manage Office 365 services including Microsoft Teams.
Perform backup and disaster recovery operations.
Provide internal helpdesk support.
