A leading automation solutions firm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Systems Administrator I to manage their internal IT infrastructure. The role involves working with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and Office 365 services. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This position offers a chance to grow within a supportive team and includes hands-on technical work along with client support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in systems administration or related technical role.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server builds and management.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with server virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware).
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments (Azure preferred).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage Windows Server environments.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts.
• Manage server virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware).
• Support and manage Office 365 services including Microsoft Teams.
• Perform backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Provide internal helpdesk support.
