Job summary

Security Bank of Kansas City is seeking a Systems Administrator I to manage Windows endpoints via Microsoft Intune and assist with server environments. The role supports device enrollment, patching, and basic IT operations across the bank's infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have an IT-focused associate degree and strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in Intune, AD, and PowerShell. A valid driver’s license and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Solid troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Windows endpoints and Intune is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enroll, configure, and maintain Windows 11 endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy applications, updates, and patches through Intune.
• Monitor device compliance, security baselines, and device health.
• Assist in Windows Server administration, patching, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Support server‑based applications and backup/restore processes.
• Provide escalation point for Level I Technicians and collaborate with staff.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Team and vendors as needed.
