Duties

Maintain system integrity, perform software upgrades, manage workstation and server setups, coordinate disk space and inventory management, perform backups and recoveries, monitor licensing and maintenance, provide hardware and software planning recommendations, and participate in change control processes.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field with two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Experience with desktop management tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), LANDesk, Bomgar
• Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based environments, especially thin clients
• Experience in scripting and software packaging for deployment, with focus on QA and change control
• Knowledge of print management solutions, including Vasion Print Installer and HP JetAdmin. Experience with Cerner or Epic print methodologies is a plus.
