Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Windows/Linux OS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system configuration documentation.
• Provide 2nd & 3rd level IT support and manage IT tickets.
• Monitor infrastructure systems for potential issues.
