Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and implement software infrastructures and applications to ensure optimal performance and stability for business operations
  • Collaborate with Application Developers and Software Engineers on the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing applications
  • Conduct thorough analysis of new program applications, identify potential issues, and diagnose and resolve application errors efficiently
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including program logic, coding, corrections, and user manuals, to satisfy operational and security audit requirements
  • Create detailed reports on program performance and status
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff members to ensure effective use of the applications
  • Stay current with emerging software and technology trends to inform continuous improvement efforts
