Job summary

RPMGlobal seeks a Systems Administrator 3 to support the OSINT Integration Center under the DOMEX Technology Platform, focusing on Linux and Windows administration, performance optimization, and user support.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree with six years of experience, and hands-on experience with Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, and automation tools. On-site work in Bethesda, MD is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with six years of experience; three additional years may substitute.
• Expertise in Linux systems administration (RHEL/CentOS and Ubuntu).
• Experience with patching and virtual server builds.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and security requirements derivation.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience working in air-gapped environments.
• Ability to obtain Privileged User Account certification by the Government.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server builds for virtual and physical environments.
• Manage and deploy Kubernetes, Rancher, and Helm.
• Develop scripts for patching, configuration, and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Use Salt and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Administer AWS cloud environments including provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.
• Provide service desk coverage between 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, on a rotational basis.
