Job summary

Talentify is seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in support of the DLA Systems Center Configuration Manager and Desktop standardization. This role provides Tier 3 Enterprise infrastructure support for SCCM, Intune and related management tools across multiple sites in the United States.

Responsibilities include software packaging, testing, scheduling and coordination for software distribution, plus deployment and sustainment of DLA device management infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Clearance/suitability determination required.
• Ability to work on-site at multiple locations.
• Experience with enterprise management tools such as SCCM/Intune is a plus.

• Perform research, testing, hardening, deployment and sustainment of DLA Enterprise device management infrastructure.

Duties

• Provides Tier 3 Enterprise infrastructure support for the DLA Systems Center Configuration Manager and DLA Desktop standardization.
• Provides Tier 3 Enterprise infrastructure support for the DLA Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Tanium; and Vulnerability Management.
• Duties include software packaging creation, testing, scheduling and coordination associated with software distribution and standardized desktop and device configurations.
• Perform research, testing, hardening, deployment and sustainment of DLA Enterprise device management infrastructure, cross platform support and application services.
