Netsimco, a Saalex Company, is seeking a Systems Administrator in Keyport, WA to support daily network operations onsite. Responsibilities include managing workstations, file and web servers, and ensuring robust security tools and configurations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and has hands-on experience with Windows Server, Splunk/HBSS, and network engineering. A Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with Splunk and/or HBSS.
• Microsoft Software Engineering Certification; 1+ year in RHEL, web app server, or network engineering.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support daily operations of computer network systems, including workstations, file servers and web servers.
• Install hardware/software, perform upgrades, manage accounts, security, and web page design/updates.
• Train staff on applicable software, assist users with IT, monitor configuration and document systems.

. Position Type:

Full-TimeSalary:$90k-$135k annually (depending on experience)Work Location:Full-time onsite

Responsibilities:

The Systems Administrator administers and supports daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers. Duties typically involve the installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation. This administrator will maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services. This Administrator trains staff on software applicable to their position, assists customers with information technology, monitors system configuration (hardware and software), and provides instruction on computers and applications.

RequirementsRequired:

3 years of professional experience performing system administration of Microsoft Windows Server environmentExperience with Splunk and/or HBSSMicrosoft Software Engineering Certification and a minimum of one year of experience in any or all of the following:(1) Red Enterprise Linux (RHEL)(2) web application server(3) network engineeringExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Security Clearance:

Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SSBI clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
