Job summary

RAW Nutrition is seeking a Technology Administrator to support the team, manage day-to-day helpdesk operations, and own onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning across Windows and Mac.

You will work closely with the Director of Technology in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, helping shape systems and security practices while ensuring reliable IT operations for all employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or technology administration.
• Hands-on experience with MDM for both Windows and Mac (Intune, Jamf, or equivalent).
• Working familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user, license, and identity management.
• Experience with RMM platforms for monitoring, patching, and remote remediation.
• Solid foundation in device imaging, provisioning, and endpoint security practices.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and move quickly.
• Clear, friendly communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk support: Serve as the first point of contact and resolve tickets with follow-through.
• Onboarding and offboarding: Manage the employee lifecycle—account creation, access provisioning, equipment setup, and deprovisioning.
• Equipment provisioning and imaging: Procure, configure, image, and deploy laptops/peripherals for new hires.
• Device and endpoint management: Enroll, configure, and maintain devices via MDM, enforce security baselines.
• Microsoft 365 administration: Manage users, licenses, groups, and shared resources.
• Remote monitoring and management: Use RMM tools to monitor endpoint health, push updates, and patch.
• Cybersecurity support: Monitor, detect, and respond to threats, keeping endpoints protected.
• Infrastructure contribution: Collaborate on projects, standards, and process improvements.
• Documentation and asset management: Maintain accurate asset/license records and issue tracking.

Role

Technology Administrator at RAW Nutrition & BUM Energy – front line of support for the team and key contributor to our technology infrastructure. Working directly with the Director of Technology, you will own day‑to‑day helpdesk operations, manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, and keep our device fleet provisioned, imaged, and secure across Windows and Mac environments. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment, takes initiative, and helps shape systems and processes from the ground up.

Location: Onsite, headquarters, Port St. Lucie, Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Helpdesk support: Serve as the first point of contact, triage, resolve, and escalate tickets with strong follow‑through and clear communication.
• Onboarding and offboarding: Manage the complete employee lifecycle—account creation, access provisioning, equipment setup, and clean deprovisioning.
• Equipment provisioning and imaging: Procure, configure, image, and deploy laptops and peripherals to equip new hires on day one.
• Device and endpoint management: Enroll, configure, and maintain devices through MDM across Windows and Mac, enforcing security baselines, policies, and compliance.
• Microsoft 365 administration: Administer users, licenses, groups, and shared resources in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, supporting Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and identity services.
• Remote monitoring and management: Use RMM tooling to monitor endpoint health, push updates and patches, and remediate issues proactively.
• Cybersecurity support: Leverage the organization’s security stack to monitor, detect, and respond to threats, keeping endpoints protected and compliant.
• Infrastructure contribution: Partner with the Director of Technology on projects, documentation, standards, and process improvements that scale with the business.
• Documentation and asset management: Maintain accurate asset, license, and documentation records, identifying recurring issues for long‑term fixes.

Success is measured by how effectively you support the team through the helpdesk, deliver responsive, reliable, and friendly resolutions, conduct smooth onboarding/offboarding experiences, oversee a well‑managed and secure device fleet, and contribute meaningfully to the systems and processes that power RAW Nutrition’s technology function as it grows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with identity and access management through Entra ID and SSO.
• Exposure to endpoint security tooling and basic networking concepts.
• Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding integrated with an HRIS platform.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Apple, etc.) are a plus.

• Base salary starting at $75,000 per year; final offer based on experience and skill set.
