Job summary

Leidos at Hill AFB Utah is seeking a seasoned System Administrator to manage JWICS operations and C4I systems. You will install, configure, and sustain critical IT infrastructure, oversee authentication servers, and drive contingency planning in a high-security environment.

Expect to work with Air Force cybersecurity teams, apply RMF/Xacta where applicable, and uphold strict security controls and patch management.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start.
• Security+ certification to showcase cybersecurity proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (or 8+ years with a Master’s).
• Deep knowledge of JWICS operations, Active Directory, ticketing tools, and security controls.
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate and mitigate issues.
• Experience with RMF & Xacta is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee JWICS operations across Wing and SCIFs and sustain C4I operations.

What You’ll Do:

As a System Administrator, you will be overseeing JWICS operations across Wing and subordinate unit SCIFs. You'll ensure seamless Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) operations, performing vital touch maintenance to install, configure, and sustain essential systems. Whether managing network storage, user privileges, local authentication servers, or spearheading contingency planning, your expertise will fortify mission success at every turn.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve real-world cybersecurity challenges by investigating malware, spyware, Trojans, and unauthorized software threats.
• Be the bridge between site users and Air Force cybersecurity teams, resolving network issues with precision and speed.
• Own the security landscape—push patches, oversee system upgrades, and ensure compliance with critical security protocols.
• Drive impact autonomously while also collaborating with top-tier professionals in a high-stakes environment.
• Advise on technical documentation, assisting government agencies in creating SSO documents, reports, and operational briefings.
• Safeguard sensitive data with advanced SCI security support functions while maintaining access to classified JWICS systems.

What We’re Looking For
