Job summary

Coaction Specialty Insurance Group in Morristown, NJ is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to support complex technical issues and optimize our IT environment. The role focuses on Fortinet networking, O365, AD, and Exchange, with strong emphasis on security and compliance.

You will lead lifecycle management of infrastructure, install and configure end-user devices, and collaborate across teams. A 5+ year track record in IT infrastructure and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities: Serves as a technical support in the overall IT concentrating on more complex technological issues. Experienced in Network Engineering and associated administrative functions Experienced in Security Operations and SIEM Experience with managing 3rd party infrastructure support providers Provides first-class technical support by isolating, analyzing technical issues, and resolving those issues Performs optimization of operating systems, including the application of Operating System patches and troubleshooting communication devices. Offers creative solutions for client issues which meet all previously fixed quality standards; escalates calls within the given time guidelines. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to deliver required desktop service levels. Assists with Audit and Compliance throughout the IT Operation Manages expectations of end users through regular communications channels and progress reports. Adhere to and improve IT support policies and procedures. Management of the IT Infrastructure Hardware and Software life cycles Provide technical assistance and one-on-one support as required. Assess the need and implement performance upgrades to workstations. Maintain asset and user management system and improve procedures as necessary. Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failures, repairs, and installation. Develop expertise for troubleshooting all IT Infrastructure platforms.

This role must sit in our Morristown, NJ office on our hybrid schedule, being in office no less than 3 days a week

Salary range specific to for this role : $78,000-$95,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, and qualifications.

In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
