Qualifications

• Experience with SAP within the last 3 years.
• Security clearances (Top Secret/SCI) with SAP eligibility.
• 6+ years IT experience or 4+ years with a Master's in related field.
• Experience with Windows server administration.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• RHCSA Certification.
• Linux+ Certification.
• 6+ years of relevant IT experience and Bachelor's degree in related field OR 4+ years of relevant IT experience and Master's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and workstations.
• Perform system hardening and security audits to ensure compliance with established security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Ansible, Bash, Python).
• Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure system stability and availability.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in systems administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures.
