Job summary

FlexTecs in the Atlanta metropolitan area is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to maintain and improve our Microsoft and VMware environments in a full-time hybrid role.

You will help keep systems secure, stable, and well-documented while supporting day-to-day operations and IT projects, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in systems and network administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, VMware, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam) and security practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Clear communication and proactive approach.
