Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Systems Administrator/Information Management Officer (IMO) to support the USFK J3 Directorate at US Army Garrison Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, South Korea. You will provide IT, IM, IA, and KM services across networks and devices, ensuring security and data integrity in a multi-network environment.

The role requires Top Secret with SCI clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain Invited Contractor status under the SOFA.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar (4 years’ experience may substitute).
• CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Experience with MS SharePoint, Windows Desktop Support, and Tier 1 IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT, Information Management (IM), Information Assurance (IA), and Knowledge Management (KM) services for over 1,000 computers, 500 printers, and 500 secure telephones.
• Respond to IT needs promptly via a trouble ticketing system; role is designated Emergency Essential.

Location: Pyeongtaek, South Korea.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Provide dedicated Information Technology (IT), Information Management (IM), Information Assurance (IA), and Knowledge Management (KM) services in support of more than 10 knowledge/data walls, 1000 computer systems on three separate networks, 500 printers, and 500 secure telephones.
• Provide timely response to customer IT needs via a trouble ticketing system. This position is designatedEmergency Essential.
