Job summary

Defense Acquisition Support Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to support the DCGS-A program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role focuses on Azure Government cloud administration, secure enterprise infrastructure, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.

The candidate will manage Azure Government environments, RBAC, Entra ID, and STIG/IAVM compliance, while supporting Linux workloads and containerized apps.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience administering Microsoft Azure Government environments (cArmy, ECMA or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, identity).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and security groups.
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements (STIGs, IAVM, CTOs).
• Proficient with Azure CLI and PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with secure remote access (RDP) and privileged accounts.
• Experience supporting Linux workloads, containers, and Azure App Services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain secure Azure Government environments across subscriptions.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure including VMs, storage and networking.
• Support Linux workloads and Azure App Services, including OneDeploy deployments.
• Manage secure remote access and privileged accounts configurations.
• Monitor and enforce IAVM compliance and STIGs.
• Address CTOs and cybersecurity directives in operations.
• Troubleshoot outages, connectivity, firewall and proxy issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud engineers, and government stakeholders.
