Job summary

Uline is hiring a Systems Administrator Intern for Summer 2027 at our Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. You will work alongside seasoned system administrators in a large enterprise environment and gain hands-on IT experience.

This paid internship includes complimentary housing for out-of-town interns, mentoring, and the chance to join Uline full-time after graduation. You’ll explore Microsoft 365, Power Platform, automation, and IT best practices.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Interest in Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong communication, writing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Copilot, Power Platform and related collaboration tools.
• Gain hands-on experience with automation technologies to create and enhance solutions that improve team effectiveness.
• Document and help guide team through procedures, configurations and best practices.
• Participate in change management and release planning.
