Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse I for full-time night shifts across the system's ICU/ER float pool. The role requires at least 1 year of ICU/ER experience and includes a premium weekend schedule with a 24-hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays plus an additional 12-hour shift.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using standard nursing processes, ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes across diverse units, under Oklahoma licensure guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active state license (Oklahoma)
• High school diploma or equivalent plus nursing program completion
• 0–6 months related nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses and organizes patient care considering age, culture and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Uses proper medical terminology.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals.
• Facilitates discharge with referrals and patient education resources.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to provide care.
• Supports unit/hospital goals through PI activities and education.
