Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool. This is a per diem, part-time role with a rotating shift, requiring weekend hours and holiday coverage as needed.

The nurse will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes in Progressive Care Unit/CVU and Med-surg settings.

Qualifikationen

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Delaware.
• BLS required; ACLS within 3 months of hire (PCU).

Aufgaben

• Adheres to hospital nursing practice standards and delivers patient care.
• Completes nursing assessments within 24 hours.
• Documents patient condition, medications, treatments, and progress.
