Job summary

REQ Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an onsite Software Engineer responsible for developing software systems and validating them in support of R&D and Manufacturing. You will interface with users to define requirements and contribute to quality standards across the software lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years of experience (BS) or 3-5 years with an MS, with strong skills in verification, validation, and statistical analysis, and medical device experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• BS minimum; 5+ years experience required.
• Test infrastructure verification and validation experience.
• System verification experience preferred.
• Excellent statistical analysis skills; medical device experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develops software systems, applications, firmware, and/or provides software systems testing and validation in support of R&D and/or Manufacturing Process Engineering.
• May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for software products.
• Designs, develops, debugs, modifies, tests software programs by using current programming languages, methodologies and technologies.
• Documents software development and/or test development by writing documents, reports, memos, change requests.
• Tracks software development effort by creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool.
• Analyzes, evaluates, verifies requirements, software and systems by using software engineering practices.
• Investigates, research, selects software designs, operating systems and/or practices.
• Continuously improves process and work methodologies by interfacing with peers/cross-functional groups and analyzing activities to improve workflow and work processes.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years experience per below, with BS, 3 - 5 Years with MS
• Test infrastructure verification and validation experience
• System verification
• Excellent statistical analysis
