We are seeking an experienced System Turnover Coordinator to support industrial construction projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful turnover of systems and project documentation from construction through commissioning and final handover. The System Turnover Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role at various site locations. Travel is required.
Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and turnover requirements.
Ability to interpret and navigate construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation across all disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between field personnel, engineering, quality, commissioning, and client teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing workflow based on evolving project priorities and schedules.
Building, assembling and maintaining all disciplines testing and sell-off packages.
Coordinating turnover packages and documentation throughout all phases of project execution.
Reviewing and tracking drawings, specifications, quality records, and completion documentation.
Collaborating with project teams to ensure turnover milestones are achieved on schedule.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting turnover status to project leadership.
Supporting commissioning and client handover activities as required.
