Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a System Test Procedure Development Engineer (Experienced or Lead) to join our team in El Segundo, CA. As a Test Procedure Development Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that drives successful spacecraft delivery. You will architect, create, and maintain test procedures for state-of-the art satellite systems supporting commercial and/or national security programs. These tests will evaluate the functionality and performance of each spacecraft subsystem to ensure customer requirements are met. You will work closely with Systems Engineering, unit REAs, the Special Test Equipment (STE) team, and program management to deliver high-quality products for the Systems Test team. You may also be required to support system test operations on the factory floor to assist with execution of critical test procedures and troubleshooting.
