Job summary

iRhythm Technologies seeks a System Test Engineer Co-Op in San Francisco for a January–June 2027 six-month, full-time assignment. You will write test cases from system requirements, verify testing tools, and document results to ensure device safety and reliability.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Ability to commit to January through June 2027 and to a six-month full-time Co-op assignment in San Francisco.
Hands-on experience with electrical equipment and a basic understanding of test methodologies for medical devices.

Responsibilities

Write test cases from system requirements to validate features and failure conditions.
Verify software tools used in development and testing are reliable and appropriate.
Record, share and communicate test results clearly via reports or Jira tickets.
Investigate issues, reproduce problems, and validate fixes before release.
