Job summary

HighRes in Beverly, MA, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shop floor activities and ensure efficient, compliant production. The role requires coordinating with the production team, tracking KPIs, maintaining 5S standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven manufacturing experience.
• Must communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRP/ERP systems.
• ISO9001 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend stand-up, team, prebuild and post-build meetings.
• Travel 30% of the time.
• Support production manager in tracking toward departmental KPIs.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to the techs.
• Maintain 5S and shop floor cleanliness; ensure tools and benches are organized.
• Ensure a safe work environment; report accidents and near misses.
• Check project status emails and Jira reports; proactively solve issues on the production floor.
• Order floor stock material and manage manufacturing records approvals.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and procedures and keep monitors up to date.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral forms; support cross‑functional teams.

Left over pallets/boxes are thrown away, no trip hazards and benches all benches should be clean.Ensure whiteboards are up to date with the latest data.Checking project status emails and Jira reports.
