Job summary

NVIDIA is hiring for a GPU Performance Verification Engineer in Massachusetts. You will help build end-to-end verification infrastructure, surface performance metrics from simulations, and collaborate with GPU architects to shape verification for upcoming architectures.

This role emphasizes scalable data pipelines and cross-team automation. The position requires 3+ years in C++/Python, strong CS fundamentals, and experience with chip verification or emulation.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS/CE or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software engineering with C++ and Python.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, system design.
• Verilog basics are a plus.
• Experience with chip or system simulation/emulation.
• Exposure to GPU/CPU/SoC chip performance verification and/or profiling in simulation/emulation/silicon is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI development tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

What we need to see:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with C++ and Python.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, OOP, and system design.
• Verilog basics is a strong plus
• Experience with chip and/or system simulation/emulation a strong plus.
• Exposure to GPU/CPU/SoC chip performance verification and/or profiling on simulation/emulation/silicon is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AI development tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 2, and 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3.
