Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated engineer to join the Tegra SoC software organization. You will design, develop, and optimize software for ARM-based SoCs, aiming for datacenter-scale performance and efficiency in next-generation CPUs and CPU+GPU Superchips.

The role requires experience with multicore hardware, OS design, concurrency, and real-time programming, plus hands-on performance analysis and CUDA familiarity. On-site in Santa Clara, California with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant architecture or software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with complex software/hardware designs.
• Strong understanding of multicore hardware, OS design, concurrency, and real-time programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize software for next-generation SoCs across pre- and post-silicon stages.
• Analyze and identify performance bottlenecks in the SOC.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis of architecture and workloads; develop benchmarks and tools to analyze performance.
